Peer 1 Hosting, UppSite, and .tv to sponsor WordCamp San Francisco, 2012

We are thrilled to announce three new sponsors of WordCamp San Francisco, 2012. Put your hands together for Peer 1 Hosting, UppSite, and .tv!

North Beach

We can’t be more pleased that Peer 1 Hosting will sponsor WCSF as a “North Beach” level sponsor.

Since launching in 1999, Peer 1 Hosting has grown into one of the world’s leading hosting providers by providing the kind of exceptional service that gets noticed. In fact, everything they do is backed by their FirstCall Promise™. It means you only need to ask once and their outstanding staff won’t rest until your issue is resolved. Peer 1 Hosting boasts amazing people united in a common spirit not just to solve customer problems, but anticipate and vanquish them before they surface.

Coit Tower

We’re delighted to announce that .tv will sponsor WCSF as a “Coit Tower” level sponsor.

A .tv domain name is much more than a web extension. From your web address alone, users know what to expect: playable content and an engaging online experience. Today’s bloggers are sharing video on the web with their wireless phones, pocket cameras, and DSLRs. The most important thing is building an audience. That starts with the right domain, and a .tv is a great way for bloggers to communicate that their site has great online video content—it’s in the URL!

We’re thrilled to announce that UppSite will sponsor WCSF as a “Coit Tower” level sponsor.

With UppSite, publishers can transform their website into fully-functional, native applications for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone, as well as get a “native-style” web app, in about two minutes. UppSite even takes care of submitting your app to the various app stores. Publishers can post within the apps, visitors can comment, and, what’s more UppSite supports push notifications. Simply visit, type in your site’s URL, hit the “Go Mobile Now” button and UppSite takes over.

  1. the uppsite guys are awesome, I have been to one of their presentations where they showcased their technology and for the sake of presentation, they created a full native up for a 3 million mobile pages type of site within minutes. Cool stuff…
